Our team is proudly USA-based here in Temecula, CA. We have employees in southern California as well as Dallas Texas. We operate on Pacific Time and offer regular support Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. PST. We do have after hours support options available as well.

Yes. We will backup your entire WordPress website files and database, then update your WordPress installation and Plugins. If something goes wrong with the process we will restore your website to the way it was and go over the options with you to get your website back up and running as quickly as possible.
No. As a matter of fact we INSIST everything remains in your name. We will need access to your website, your hosting server and other sensitive data, but everything remains in your name and stays in your control.
Our IN HOUSE staff. We do not out source! All of your data, usernames and passwords that you share with us are kept securely in a password management system with military grade encryption. We only keep your data for as long as you are a customer, after words it is purged from our systems.
No. We are strong advocates of only hosting your website with professional hosting companies. Hosting should ALWAYS be in your name, or the name of your company. It is never a good idea to let your “web guy” host your website. Not only do they not have the infrastructure to do so, at the end the are most likely hosting you under an account they control.
